🤝 Share & Connect

What You Truly Take Home:

You leave with more than memories: a few days lived differently, new perspectives, practical skills, shared stories, and perhaps a renewed sense of what you really need — and what you don’t.

The Rhythm of Our Days

We rise with the sun and rest with the stars, letting the weather and the group’s energy guide our pace.

Mornings are for grounding and intuition

We begin with gentle yoga, silence, and a quiet connection to the land.

Days are for exploration

We alternate between workshops and free time to wander, rest, or simply sit with the vastness, with gentle guidance available whenever you wish.

Meals are our only fixed anchors

We gather together at set times for breakfast, lunch, and dinner to share nourishing, home-cooked food.

Evenings are for connection

We gather for storytelling and meaningful dialogues under the stars.

Every day is unique. We do not watch the clock; we watch the wind.

Day 1 — Arrive & Connect
Travel from Ulaanbaatar → Settle into camp → Welcome → Connect with the vastness, the land & the stars

Day 2 — Reconnect
Sunrise yoga → Healing workshop → Outdoor meal → Guided walk → Evening sharing

Day 3 — Listen Within
Sunrise intuitive movement → Awakening the senses workshop → Wild sauna → Walking hand in hand with fear
Optional: Solo night in your tent

Day 4 — Find Your Ground
Mindful silence walk → Self-reliance workshop → Solo reflection → Stories under the stars

Day 5 — Take It Home
Sunrise meditation → Feeling what you take home → Farewell gathering → Return to Ulaanbaatar

The program is flexible and may evolve with the weather, the landscape, and the group.
